BOOKING POLICIES

A non-refundable booking fee (deposit) secures your appointment. Please review our policies thoroughly, as factors like late arrivals or cancellations can forfeit your deposit. Appointment deposits are valid only for scheduled date and time. No exceptions will be made!

Have existing brow tattooing? Must contact for consultation Before Booking to be approved for service, as not all previous work can be covered. Failure to obtain prior approval may result in deposit loss.

Arrive promptly for your appointment. Late arrivals over 15 min will require rescheduling, deposit loss, and possibly a $50 fee. Reschedule up to 72 hours prior; beyond that, cancellation fees apply. Please note, that multiple rescheduling are not permitted.

New clients receive a free touch-up between 6-8 weeks. Rescheduling outside this window may incur an extra fee.

For your safety and best result, this procedure is not recommended if you:

• Under the age of 18
• Pregnant/Breastfeeding
• Severe uncontrolled medical conditions (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, epilepsy)
• Current chemotherapy or recent cancer treatment (must wait at least 6-12 months with doctor approval 
• Skin conditions in the treatment area (eczema, acne, rashes, etc)
• Are taking blood-thinning medication
• Have a history of scarring or hyperpigmentation
• Allergies to pigments, numbing agents or latex
• Medical grade skincare, retinols, AHA acids
• Use of Accutane
