booking policies

Prior to booking, all policies and preparation information must be reviewed. A non refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. Please read all policies to its entirety as some contributing factors may prohibit you from receiving brow tattooing and will result in deposit forfeiture. No exceptions will be made!

All deposits are non refundable, non transferable and only valid on the date & the time that the service is booked.

If you have any previous brow tattooing, you will need to email clear photos prior to booking, as not all previous work can be covered or tattooed over. If you come in to your appointment with previous work without prior approval from the artist and it cannot be corrected, your deposit will not be returned. Please visit the Contact & Location tab to send pictures for approval.  

We ask you to please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be asked to re-book. Your deposit will be forfeited and you may incur a cancellation fee of $50. Please keep traffic, construction & weather in mind when traveling. We will not be able to accommodate for late arrivals as this will put us behind for our other clients and their scheduled times.  ​  

You may reschedule your appointment within 72 hours of the appointment. Any rescheduling after the 72 hour window will be asked to pay a cancellation fee of $50. 

If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

This complimentary touch up is included for new clients and must be booked within 6-8 weeks of your initial appointment. If you wish to reschedule, and your rescheduled date falls outside of the 6-8 week time frame, you will be asked to pay an additional touch up fee. 

We are unable to tattoo under the following conditions:

• Pregnant/Breastfeeding
• Under the age of 18  
• Chemotherapy. Must be after 1 year of receiving treatment
• Accutane users past or present
• Sunburnt or Tanned Skin  
• Certain Skincare with AHA Acids or Retinols
• Using any medical grade skincare lines or dermatologist prescribed medications  
• If you have any skin disorders in area to be tattooed including eczema, acne, rash, etc.
• Are on any blood thinning medications   
• Any scarring or hyper pigmentation issues  
• Are on and have been on Antibiotics within the past month

If you have any medical conditions or are on any medications (any autoimmune diseases, thyroid, diabetes, etc.) please inform us prior to booking an appointment. You may not be a candidate for brow tattooing or a doctors note may be required. If you fail to inform us of any medical conditions or any medications and we are unable to tattoo you, your deposit will be forfeited.
