COMMON QUESTIONS BEFORE BOOKING

Brow tattooing, also known as permanent makeup, is a process of implanting pigment into the skin to mimic the look of makeup. This process helps fill in sparse areas and is used to create a full brow. 

The day of your appointment, your brow expert will recommend to you what style suits you best by looking at your existing brow hair and skin type. It is also best to look at your artists online portfolio and view work that is similar to your brows. 

After your initial and 6-8 week touch up, we ask you to wait at least 1 year to 1 1/2 years until your next touch up. It is best to spread touch ups out as much as possible as we do not want to tattoo the skin to frequently. Spacing out touch ups will contribute to the best healed results. 

You do not need a separate consultation as this is included in the beginning of your appointment unless you have previous tattoo work done. Any previous work must be emailed for approval before booking an appointment as not all work can be corrected. 

There is very minimal pain as we use two high grade anesthetics during the procedure.

Certain skincare or medications may need to be stopped prior, may prohibit you from receiving the service or you may be required to bring a doctors note to your appointment. 

After your appointment, you may experience some redness and swelling. This will dissipate after a couple of days. For the first 3-5 days your brows will appear dark, this is normal. It may take up to 14 days for all scabbing and flaking to subside. 14-21 days your brows will be healed on the surface. It is very important that you follow your brow experts after care regimen.
